🕒 Return Window

• Initiate Return: Within 48 hours of delivery.

• Return Window: Product must reach us within 7-10 days of approval.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
   •    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
   •    Items must be returned in the original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

   •    Sale/discounted items
   •    Customized or made-to-order items
   •    Items returned without original packaging or labels​

•   Materials, Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔁 Exchanges

   •    We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.​

   •    Once we receive your return, the exchange will be delivered within 4-7 business days, based on your location.

💸 Refunds

   •    Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
   •    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
   •    Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
